I mistakenly thought that my appointment was an hour later, but Dr. Vishal Patel kindly fitted me in. He gave me clear advice in a 'jargon free' way and also listened to my concerns/questions. He did not rush me and gave me time to consider his advice before commencing on a course of treatment. It was left that I would read the information that he provided and get back to him with my decision.
