Brilliant rapport with me throughout my procedure, told me exactly what would happen & what he was looking for .
I really felt he was interested in me & considering I had an appointment later in the day he was very attentive.
I feel this Doctor is an absolute credit to both The Glenfield Hospital & the NHS .
