Dr Shah explained what was going to happen and what he was going to do. When I asked a question during the procedure he said he would talk to me later, which he did and explained the outcome and what would happen with the results. He was very helpful, friendly and explained things in layman's terms. I commend both him and the staff - Monika and Nicole. Perhaps soothing classical music might help to calm the nerves?
