Prior to my appointment with Dr Shah I was feeling very anxious and apprehensive about my forthcoming treatment. At my appointment, Dr Shah listened to my concerns. He explained the procedure thoroughly, he discussed what it entailed and the rationale for the procedure. This enabled me to relax and to not worry about what was going to happen. He spoke with me throughout the procedure to put me at ease and to make me feel comfortable. Following the procedure Dr Shah then explained his findings. He has kept me informed at all stages of the next stage in my treatment. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Shah and his team. Thank you Mrs Hopper
