Dr Bortey has been our Doctor only for a short time, but he has impressed me by picking up on things that I should have resolved previously. Without this I could have been exposed to risk of serious illness last winter, but he immediately resolved the issue on my regular six monthly doctor’s visit. He also takes the time to work through your issues and there resolution, making sure you understand why things are done and what there for.

Dr. Bortey always makes my mother (Alzheimer's) and myself (daughter) feel well cared for. He is a Dr. that makes you feel at ease the minute you walk through his door. He smiles and lifts your spirit. He, listens - suggests - discusses - and always reviews, my mother as a whole person. He gives you time and will always go over things that need a little more explanation to reassure Mum and I. He understands that my mum wants to remain safe, and well cared for, in her own home for as long as she possibly can. Dr. Bortey works together with us as a family to do just that.

Lovely kind man very thorough and didn't rush you. Very caring and fantastic with babies! Explained everything and didn't make you feel silly. Such a nice Dr, really professional and gentle with my baby and patient.
