I had an AAA screening at the surgery a few weeks back and the people doing my scan were talking to each other and one said “yes it’s very good here”.
I asked if they were talking about the patient notification system in the waiting area and they said “yes, we don’t often have that luxury it makes it so much easier for us not having to go to the waiting area and call out the patients’ name, especially good as we are upstairs”.
