Dr Mailoo cared for my daughter yesterday who was having surgery due to her Chronic condition. My daughter has serious difficulties with collapsing veins, scar tissue and mental health due to enduring many difficult procedures from birth ( she is also incredibly strong and calm under pressure). Dr Mailoo’s understanding, care, humour and skill meant that her first experience of surgery as an adult in hospital at a time when access for relatives is restricted made her experience so much better than it might have been and I know will aid her recovery too. He really went the extra mile or ten! Thank you .
