Dr Veena has been my GP for a long time, I have a chronic condition cared for mainly by a London Hospital.
Dr Veena is knowledgeable, open, approachable and honest. I value her input and actually enjoy seeing her on the rare occasions I need too. Recently she phoned me just after 8am to let me know some blood results as I needed to make an appointment. Fantastic GP and cannot do enough for a patient in my mind.
I have been at the Surgery since a baby and hope I never have to leave. All the staff, especially Ann Cross are honest, open, hardworking and knowledgeable. The old cohort of GPs - Dr Patel, Dr Karim and Dr Hossain will be hard to replace but currently with Dr Veena around I think the surgery is in good hands.
