She is a great doctor and she has been my regular doctor since i registered with this surgery. she goes above and beyond to provide help and support to her patients. She indeed is a jewel of the surgery.

Dr Veena is a rare commodity in that the years of dealing with ill people, haven't dampened her great sens of humour and lovely smiley face. I have moved around a lot in my years and had 4-5 different GPs. Dr Veena is by far the best, most personable and friendly.

Dr Veena has been my GP for a long time, I have a chronic condition cared for mainly by a London Hospital. Dr Veena is knowledgeable, open, approachable and honest. I value her input and actually enjoy seeing her on the rare occasions I need too. Recently she phoned me just after 8am to let me know some blood results as I needed to make an appointment. Fantastic GP and cannot do enough for a patient in my mind. I have been at the Surgery since a baby and hope I never have to leave. All the staff, especially Ann Cross are honest, open, hardworking and knowledgeable. The old cohort of GPs - Dr Patel, Dr Karim and Dr Hossain will be hard to replace but currently with Dr Veena around I think the surgery is in good hands.
