I found this doctor professional in all respects. No, not a shoulder to cry on, nor a doctor who wasted time on pointless civilities, but a man who used every minute of the ten minutes allocated to resolve my medical problem. I had been concerned that he was undertaking locum work at my surgery in Canterbury, but fears vanished and I was impressed at how he maximised activity to fit in to the short time slot.
