I first met Dr Val during my appointment for a deviated Septum of my nose. Dr Val listened with understanding, compassion and swiftly recognised the problem and my associated symptoms.
I felt comfortable, and Dr Val came across as very experienced and knowledgeable. I left feeling very positive, reassured and confident that with surgery my symptoms will improve.
Also thanks to the Healthcare Assistant present and the Student Dr, a very friendly welcoming Team.
