Doctor Val, Doctor Valentina Mihaylova-Nikolova has been our trusted family doctor for over a decade in London. Her medical expertise is proven and tested not only by us but by a range of patients that have received treatment by her and her excellent team of professional doctors. Doctor Val is always available for her patients, responds within minutes and is genuinely concerned about the health of her patients. Her diagnostic skills are exceptional and the treatment she prescribes extremely effective. Doctor Val looks after my teenage son's health and thanks to her care we were able to successfully complete a very challenging GCSE year. Most recently we consulted her and Doctor Brankov on a quite concerning ophthalmology diagnosis. We received an immediate and thorough assessment and recommendation that alleviated our concerns. I would wholeheartedly recommend Doctor Val to any patient in need of timely, competent and compassionate treatment.

I was in need of an urgent appointment with a specialist following a flare-up of a tonsil infection which I had been suffering from for 3 months. My GP services were unable to diagnose my issue, nor refer me to a specialist. Therefore, after reading the good reviews about Dr. Val I decided to contact the clinic. I was very pleasantly greeted over the phone and was offered an emergency appointment for the next day due to my situation. Once I arrived for my appointment, everyone at the clinic was very kind and welcoming. Doctor Val herself was very professional and took care and time to listen to my concerns and attend to my issue very thoroughly. She also referred me to have an ultrasound scan at the clinic for a full diagnosis, all of which was very professionally done and I was left very satisfied with my experience and treatment prescribed.

I first met Dr Val during my appointment for a deviated Septum of my nose. Dr Val listened with understanding, compassion and swiftly recognised the problem and my associated symptoms. I felt comfortable, and Dr Val came across as very experienced and knowledgeable. I left feeling very positive, reassured and confident that with surgery my symptoms will improve. Also thanks to the Healthcare Assistant present and the Student Dr, a very friendly welcoming Team. Thank you Dr Val and Team.

I was referred to Doctor Val recently after 2 years of hounding/complaining my local GP's of debilitating ear problems. I was seen by a 'so called' specialist at another hospital last year and was told there was nothing he could do for me. He advised to use steam daily and nasal sprays. I continued to complain of my ear problem as my condition exacerbated and I became more & more distressed. One GP finally listened after 24 months of sleepless nights, a feeling of fullness in my ear, chronic headaches & pressure in my head & tinitus. Alas...I was referred to this wonderful caring, compassionate lady, who has shown more understanding, who is trying absolutely everything to help/ support me and who has diagnosed me with menieres disease. I have never felt so 'listened to' by any Doctor. There is none of the usual, 'stop reading stuff' rubbish, no patronising, no intimidating and no 'brushing you off' as a nuisance. This lady is like gold dust! She expresses love, care and understanding and is extremely thorough in her quest to diagnose accurately. I look forward to my visits to hospital to see her, update her on symptoms and follow her advise accordingly. You are simply the best Doctor Val

Was seen by Dr Valentina today after being referred to accident and emergency from a telephone consultation with the practice nurse at the surgery. She was very nice and made me feel less worried about what she was doing than I felt at the beginning. Dr Valentina removed a foreign object from my ear that I didn't even know was there all I knew was that I had an ear ache and it was bleeding, just presumed it was an infection. If the gp hadn't referred me I would of been none the wiser. Would definitely recommend her to others. Thank you.
