She came to And E to see me even though it was after the end of a long day in the ENT clinic She was instantly in control of the situation so I totally trusted her and the treatment she was about to administer. She explained things clearly, answered all questions and gave me confidence that she could sort out the problem I had. The treatment was quick and she made it painless. She was chatty and bright throughout.
She followed up with lots of clear advice for after care, all of which made sense. I had been told I might be taken to Grimsby and admitted overnight. She made alternative arrangements which meant I could go home, at which I was extremely relieved.
I feel very lucky to have been treated by dr Val and would like my message and grateful thanks to be passed on to her.
