A very professional doctor who attended to me throughout my illness and during that time she gave me every consideration, particularly not making decisions without regular testing before coming to a final treatment conclusion. The doctor explained fully my situation, both medically and in laymen terms, and showed empathy with my problem. Following my operation she again informed me of the successful outcome but then explained fully what the immediate and future prospects were for my health. She is a credit to her profession and I thank her for her prognosis.
