My son was born with a fast heart rate that would not respond to medicine. Dr Tim took the time to explain everything to us at each stage of my son's treatment, going back and forth from where I was recovering to NICU to ensure that we were kept informed and were able to give our permissions as required.
Dr Tim is an absolute credit to the QA NICU team. You can see his dedication and commitment to his profession and is knowledgeable and respectful. He explains everything so well and takes the time to listen and answer any questions that we as parents had - I am so pleased that Dr Tim was there for my son when we needed him.
