During my time having the support of Dr Millward he genuinely listened to me and my concerns. He validated my illness and requests to stop medication and start new medication. He involved me in all aspects of my treatment and supported my decisions. He didn’t make me feel stupid for asking quit making suggestions, something I have experienced when working with other psychiatrists.
Without the help and support of Dr Millward I do not think I’d be as stable as I am now. I’m glad I had Dr Millward overseeing my care and I felt fully supported and safe in his care.
