Dr Millward is amazing. He treats me with dignity and respect. He genuinely listens to me and he cares. He is patient and kind when I am in a crisis situation and solutions such as medication or referrals are implemented the same day. If I am struggling and need to speak to Dr Millward between appointments I always get a call back from him on the same day. He's the best Dr I've dealt with within the mental health system, and I've been bouncing around in the mental health system for over 20 years. He's the only Dr to have taken me seriously and hasn't sent me off with a pat on the head and a prescription. Because of the support of Dr Millward I have not self-harmed in over six months. To sum up, Dr Millward is kind, patient, listening, understanding, he takes me seriously and treats me with dignity and respect. He is prompt to deal with patients who need him. He's an amazing Dr and I wish the mental health services could clone him so that more patients could have a Dr Millward.
