Dr Milward really took my needs in to consideration,he gave me really informative advice which I'd not received previously from my GP. We came up with a good plan about my medication, possible side effects,pros and cons and arranged follow ups to check how I'm doing.He made me feel part of the decisions about my mental health which in the past I've just been given medication with no explanation. He was so supportive about the things I've achieved so far with talking therapy and made me feel really positive about my improvements in my life.
