I have only spoken to Dr. Millward over the phone twice. Both times he took the time to ensure I was responding well to my medication and gave me the opportunity to adjust my dose, explained likely outcomes and validated my concerns. Id also like to add, Dr Millward was standing in for another doctor, meaning that his extra time spent ensuring I was okay is appreciated all the more.
