Hi Dr Millward, I don't know where to start so I'll just type. Thank you for listening. Thank you for taking me seriously. Thank you for always being there and responding when I need you. Thank you for treating me with dignity and respect. Thank you for not being yet another Dr who sent me off with a pat on the head and a prescription. Thank you for being the first and only psych who hasn't dismissed me and treated me like a time waster. Thank you for caring. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for your support, without it I genuinely don't know where I would be now. Thank you for being the best Dr St Mary's has ever employed. Thank you, millions and millions, for everything.
