Dr Thomas Gayton is the son of Dr Paul Gayton who recently retired from the practice so there is a sense of continuity. Thomas is very patient-focussed. He wants to work with you to help you sort out a solution to your problem/query/issue. He's a good listener, saying things like, 'I'd feel the same way' or 'I'm happy with that suggestion.' He's very easy to talk to. I am able to have a dialogue with him as an equal. He seems efficient, matter of fact and professional. He doesn't seem rushed. He comes out of his surgery to fetch you, rather than use a buzzer. His appointments have been on time.
