I found Dr Daniels to be thorough in all respects. He asked all the right questions, listened to the answers and explained the likely results of the treatment. there was not any over simplification or over optimistic prognosis of the immediate future, very much a realistic assessment of what is likely to be. I find it much easier to deal with reality rather than expecting some sort of fluffy outcome.
