Amazing phone consultation with Dr Robinson, after sending in an e-consult form.
She addressed the problem I had filled out an e-consult form for and took time to listen to my thoughts and opinions on the best way forward. I felt listened to and cared for by her. This is priceless to me as a patient and much appreciated.
I am really pleased that another doctor has been added to the staff, who I feel I can utterly trust with my complex health needs.
