Further to a recent e consult ( 27h March 2023) I am delighted to say that I was impressed by Dr Tamsin Robinson's speedy response, professionalism, efficiency and empathy.

I saw Dr Robinson in March 2023 regarding two separate issues. She listened carefully, took action and ordered two tests. I really appreciated her practical approach and the action she took.

Didn’t listen when I explained I had covid 6 weeks ago and for the last 3 weeks have been ill after I had fully recovered from a mild covid - told me it’s probably covid and to take a PCR test. But a PCR test can come back with a positive result for up to 90 days and I just had covid and I have been taking lateral flows every day only to be told this isn’t good enough. Only after this was I asked any questions around my symptoms and then told that I can be prescribed with antibiotics but it probably won’t work and only give me thrush. This really has reduced my confidence in this doctors surgery felt like there was zero care and was being rushed off the phone. Will request to not have this doctor in future and considering moving to a different doctors. Just felt really let down.

Amazing phone consultation with Dr Robinson, after sending in an e-consult form. She addressed the problem I had filled out an e-consult form for and took time to listen to my thoughts and opinions on the best way forward. I felt listened to and cared for by her. This is priceless to me as a patient and much appreciated. I am really pleased that another doctor has been added to the staff, who I feel I can utterly trust with my complex health needs.
