Dr Javaid has a welcoming approach. She makes good eye contact and listens carefully. During the consultation she listens and responds to the conversation making the patient feel fully involved. Only when ready to make notes on the computer does she concentrate on that process, I feel confident in the way she is helping me and in keeping a continuity of care by continuing to make my appointments with her.
