I have been a patient at this surgery for some 30+ years and seen many changes. I have especially liked technology being used for arrivals, booking/cancelling appointments, information board, electronic reports from consultants, labs etc. and pleased to see there is still a "real person" to speak to should these fail! I hope
Studholme had a period of rapid staff turnover, which was disturbing for patients and employees too no doubt. This now seems to be history and it feels like a nice place to work - more efficient too. I'd like to hope that Dr Javaid will be with the practice, and my doctor of choice, for a long time; she manages the 10 minute consultation with skill, thoroughness and attention to detail without any hint of rushing. I have the highest regard for her and her advice.
