I went to see Dr Arief for the first time today to discuss the results of my recent blood tests. I had asked for a face to face meeting as I can express myself better that way.
He went through the results with me so I was able to understand and talk through them with him. He sent through some links to help me on areas that I could improve on. He was very encouraging and I left the surgery feeling positive and spurred onto to achieve even better results. After returning home I looked at the links he sent me which were very informative and I will definitely use to help me achieve my goals
