Saw Dr Russell and was very impressed with how at ease she made me at the appointment, taking the time to listen and get full background at the start of the appointment, then giving detailed explanation of next steps before I left.
She made what could have been an uncomfortable appointment that I had been dreading that much easier and more relaxed
