Saw Dr Russell and was very impressed with how at ease she made me at the appointment, taking the time to listen and get full background at the start of the appointment, then giving detailed explanation of next steps before I left. She made what could have been an uncomfortable appointment that I had been dreading that much easier and more relaxed

For someone who is not at all keen on attending doctors surgery's. I was pleasantly surprised how Dr Rassell put me at ease. She was very easy to talk to kind and helpful and considerate. She referred me straight away to a consultant for surgery that I needed. It was a pleasure to be treated by her. My thanks go to her and the Ambrose Avenue Staff who are always exceptionally helpful.
