This Dr Sproule is quite frankly - useless.
Unkind. Rude. Patronising. No compassion.
No interest. No prior knowledge - I question her ability to prepare for a phone call, let alone a visit. Entering the surgery, or getting attention from Braid Family Practice, is on a par with talking to the walls in my home. I’m a vulnerable adult with many complications. My husband is my full time carer and currently has pneumonia (8 weeks plus). Today my husband was told
1. Phone Antrim for your respiratory care team (wow didn't know he had one)
2. Cya around.
Pathetic, lacklustre, unprofessional and most definitely frightening given that either of us, from our medical history, could quite possibly have life endangering episodes. Heart surgeries, brain surgery, diabetes (not overweight), hypertension, COPD. AND the list goes on.
