a cold hard uncaring person who should not be in any caring profession, a scary attitude to patients as she does not listen and has disregard for any empathy she just carries on with her cold hard attitude, no compassion , no caring , terrible doctor

This doctor is extremely rude and unkind. She was no help whatsoever with my problem. She couldn't get me off the phone fast enough and has an attitude problem. I normally see doctor Khanna who is professional and is lovely to deal with. I hope I am not unfortunate enough to get a call back from Dr Sproule ever again. All the other staff at the practice are very helpful especially the receptionists and the nurses.

This Dr Sproule is quite frankly - useless. Unkind. Rude. Patronising. No compassion. No interest. No prior knowledge - I question her ability to prepare for a phone call, let alone a visit. Entering the surgery, or getting attention from Braid Family Practice, is on a par with talking to the walls in my home. I’m a vulnerable adult with many complications. My husband is my full time carer and currently has pneumonia (8 weeks plus). Today my husband was told 1. Phone Antrim for your respiratory care team (wow didn't know he had one) 2. Cya around. Pathetic, lacklustre, unprofessional and most definitely frightening given that either of us, from our medical history, could quite possibly have life endangering episodes. Heart surgeries, brain surgery, diabetes (not overweight), hypertension, COPD. AND the list goes on.

on reading the previous review I nearly fell off my chair, I have several times looked at moving surgeries because of her manner, uncaring nature and would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
