Dr shaw is a really wonderful psychiatrist. She listens, and is empathetic. She was the first medical professional I’ve ever engaged with who I felt actually cared what I thought, and respected my opinion on my own care.
I’ve recommended Dr Shaw to five friends of mine over the last four years and I will continue to do so. She’s brilliant, and kind, and that’s a rare combination.
The bad reviews on here seem to be from disgruntled patients - no one likes to be told they are mentally ill- but it’s not really the doctor’s fault, and hardly seems fair to leave bad reviews for an excellent doctor because of it.
