I feel that it is important to develop a rapport with one particular doctor in the practice who then gets to know my medical history well over time. There have been times when I have had appointments with other doctors and the paramedics and specialist nurses, and they are, without exception, exemplerary; I have great faith in the whole team at Flansham Park. Dr Parker has been my GP for the last 10 years, and is the doctor I see about 95% of the time. I find her calm, knowledgeable and that she prescribes treatment and medication with due regard to guidelines. She is kind and compassionate, warm and funny, and very easy to talk to and is a very good listener.
Dr Parker and the whole team at FPHC are to be commended for providing a first class service to the ever-expanding number of patients signing up at the practice.
