I felt very comfortable and able to discuss my problem with ease. Very understanding. Had a procedure and was treated with the utmost dignity. Full explanation and advice given to me as to how I could access future help if required. Dr Ram was quite holistic in his care, he enquire about wider public health issue, to see if I was following advice to self isolate in relation to Coronovirus as he knew I was in a high risk group.
