I ACCOMPANIED MY HUSBAND AS HIS CARER TO AN APPOINTMENT AND FOUND THIS Dr TO BE VERY CARING AND COMPASSIONATE. HE WAS A VERY GOOD LISTENER HE MADE US FEEL WELCOME AND GAVE US TIME TO TALK ABOUT THE PROBLEMS THAT MY HUSBAND WAS HAVING. I ALSO HEARD ANOTHER PATIENT SAYING TO HER HUSBAND HOW WELL SHE HAD BEEN TREATED AND WHAT A GENTLE DR HE IS. WE HAVE SEEN DR RAMAKRISHNAN ON MANY OCCASIONS AND HIS MANNER IS ALWAYS VERY CARING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL
I asked for a referral to Dr. Ramakrishnan following six months of poor communication and little or no treatment from my previous consultant. I found Dr. Ramkrishnan to be both an excellent clinician and good communicator. He talked through my condition and the possible reasons for my symptoms. I was quickly scheduled for a colonoscopy, following which I was given a thorough explanation of what he discovered followed by a course of treatment. I responded well to his treatment plan and now six months later have made huge improvements. I would unreservedly recommend Dr. Ramakrishnan to anybody fortunate enough to live within the area where he practices.
Dr Ram is an excellent doctor who really cares about his patients. I have been in his care twice now, and on both occasions I felt that he really went the extra mile to give me exemplary care. He takes the time to explain things to you and also to listen to any of your concerns. From the moment that I had my first consultation with him, until my eventual discharge, I felt valued, looked after and safe. I have the utmost confidence in Dr Ram - I have never felt rushed in an appointment and always left feeling reassured, knowing that I would receive the best of care from him.
I was recommended to Dr Ram by my GP, who advised me that he was the most approachable and kind doctor they knew...how right they were! He waited at the clinic for me and then proceeded to spend an inordinate amount of time making sure he understood my problems and concerns. He then proceeded to speed through all tests and results, for which I am very grateful. I have been able to make appointments to suit my schedule at both clinics in my area, which has been most useful. I would highly recommend this doctor
I have been seeing Dr. Ramakrishnan (Dr. Ram) for a number of years and he has managed my colitis and proctitis flair ups during that time. I found Dr. Ram through the Spire Cheshire Hospital and attend as a private patient. I wanted to change my gastroenterologist as I was not happy with the NHS care I was receiving at my local NHS hospital. Although I live some 30 miles from Cheshire I am happy to travel as I have found Dr. (Ram) gives me excellent care and allows me to contribute and take an active role in the treatment of my condition. I have enjoyed good health now for a number of years. I have had a colonoscopy carried out by Dr. Ram and was very happy with the procedure. I have also had a scan and various blood tests carried out. I have always found Dr. Ram to be attentive, very caring and to have a lot of empathy with his patients. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Mrs L. Leng
