A blood test revealed I had very low levels of iron and I had (for as long as I can remember) an irritable gut. My GP referred me to Dr Ramakrishnan for for further investigation.
Dr Ramakrishnan was fantastic from our first consultation, trying to understand deeply my on going condition and past history. He carried out a number of tests to try and establish what was going on. It was decided that I would need further examination (colonoscopy and gastroscopy) to really understand what was causing the low levels of Iron absorption. After the procedures I was given a diagnosis and treatment plan to solve the issues.
This has been a problem I have lived with for many years and I am now so grateful to Dr Ramakrishnan for his persistence and expertise in resolving my issues. I would highly recommend him to any of my family or friends.
