I have been seen by Dr Ramakrishnan for several years following my diagnosis as coeliac. He was also very important to my recovery following complications after gall bladder removal. He is professional and sympathetic, and I never felt rushed in appointments. Everything was always explained well and I felt confident in his care.
One small suggestion; if patients were invited for a blood test prior to the appointment, results would be more up to date, instead of getting results from the previous year.
