From my first conversation with Dr Subramaniam Ramakrishnan I was put at ease as an anxious, nervous patient as he explained the different procedures that were available.
I was put at ease through out this conversation as he explained the different options available and due to this I felt calmer and supported in agreeing to the CT colonoscopy as being the best option for me.
Following the procedure in when Dr Ramakrishnan rang to tell me the results of the investigation he was receptive to my suggestion that I felt that I would have liked an option of having my arm supported when having the cannuella inserted.
I would like to thank this doctor very much for the way he and the team I both spoke to by telephone or I met dealt with my whole experience.
