I have been seeing Dr. Ramakrishnan (Dr. Ram) for a number of years and he has managed my colitis and proctitis flair ups during that time. I found Dr. Ram through the Spire Cheshire Hospital and attend as a private patient. I wanted to change my gastroenterologist as I was not happy with the NHS care I was receiving at my local NHS hospital. Although I live some 30 miles from Cheshire I am happy to travel as I have found Dr. (Ram) gives me excellent care and allows me to contribute and take an active role in the treatment of my condition. I have enjoyed good health now for a number of years. I have had a colonoscopy carried out by Dr. Ram and was very happy with the procedure. I have also had a scan and various blood tests carried out. I have always found Dr. Ram to be attentive, very caring and to have a lot of empathy with his patients.
