I initially spoke to Dr Bali by a phone appointment. I was drinking too much and was afraid I couldn’t stop by myself. I didn’t really know who to go to for help. So I told Dr Bali. He listened. He was so helpful, kind and supportive. Over several weeks, he gave me masses of support and the help I needed, to take control of my situation. Early days, but with his help, I have been able to stop and take control of the situation. I am very grateful for the care I received and Dr Bali’s complete understanding.
