Dr Bali has extensive orthopaedic and sports-injury experience and recommended a relatively new form of treatment - shock wave therapy - for my long-standing Achilles tendinopathy. This was a last-ditch resort after drugs and physio had failed. Thanks to his recommendation and the treatment I received, I have regained full use of my Achilles tendon. As I play a lot of sport, it is very reassuring to be able to access a doctor with specialist knowledge and whose judgement I can trust.

Dr Bali is a compassionate, supportive, understanding and caring doctor. I trust him completely. I had a serious accident recently and needed an urgent medical care. I could not wished for a better doctor. I have known Dr Bali for over ten years and he always helped me. His medical assessments are quick and to the point. He acts accordingly and recognizes when an urgent medical care is needed.His kindness is something I badly needed when I had an urgent appointment a few weeks ago. I initially spoke to Dr Bali by a phone appointment. I was drinking too much and was afraid I couldn’t stop by myself. I didn’t really know who to go to for help. So I told Dr Bali. He listened. He was so helpful, kind and supportive. Over several weeks, he gave me masses of support and the help I needed, to take control of my situation. Early days, but with his help, I have been able to stop and take control of the situation. I am very grateful for the care I received and Dr Bali’s complete understanding.

I was In St. George's Hospital for 2 weeks in the trauma ward following a serious traffic accident on 24th April 2019. My wife was unable to visit me after a few days because she developed pneumonia. Dr Bali was very helpful in advising her on my after care and arranging for nurses coming to my home for monitoring my neck brace and carers and physios for me at home. After my discharge he advised and reassured me on the treatment for my injuries. His orthopaedic knowledge was particularly helpful for my broken neck. This all made a huge difference to how I felt and I shall always be grateful for his professional expertise and ready support at a very difficult time.
