It is with utmost pleasure and gratitude to share my views and experience of health care provided by Dr Somalanka to my dearest sister who suffers from Chronic Kidney Disease. Dr Somalanka’s approach overall was constantly professional. At a time when when my sister has been admitted acutely unwell, both my sister and I extremely anxious, he has demonstrated his expertise in the field, remained incredibly humble, has been open to us, explained complications/ investigations treatment and outcomes in a timely, caring and empathetic manner taking the lead yet in liaison and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. In Dr Somalanka care my sister and I have experienced respect, empathy and compassion, we felt valued and listened to, have no doubt it also greatly contributed to the remarkable improvement to my sisters condition.
