I was extremely nervous. anxious and embarrassed when I went in for the procedure. Dr Fox and his team made me feel at ease immediately. The Dr explained everything clearly and in terms I was able to understand. the procedure was uncomfortable but the Dr calmed me down and ensured I was comfortable before carrying on. The after care nurses were friendly caring and helpful. Despite the reason for going the experience was made much more bearable by the whole team. Thank you all so much X
