I was welcomed to the treatment room by Dr Fox and nurses in a very relaxed and friendly way. The procedure was explained carefully to me so I understood exactly what to expect. I chose gas and air rather than sedation as from previous experience the procedure is not particularly uncomfortable, plus I wanted to watch it on screen. During the procedure conversation between us all flowed freely and at times humourously and the whole episode was really not unpleasant.
I would add that my care both before and after the procedure was equally caring and friendly, and it seems to me that the general atmosphere at this hospital is efficient yet relaxed, friendly yet professional.
Thank you Doctor and all the staff who cared for me today.
