Dr Fox was friendly and spoke to me asking lots of questions about my symptoms, which in turn made me feel it was being taken seriously and with my best interests in mind. He performed the procedure professionally and effectively and I felt very little discomfort. All of the staff from the receptionist to the nurses were very professional and friendly. Thank you.
