This visit showed me just how much the "presentation" of the colonoscopy has evolved over the last 5 years - previously a good friendly team though not patient friendly (not allowed to observe!) Dr. Fox and his team are proactive and I very much enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere - the explanatory interview, the scoping and the after care were all excellent
