I was an older (72) and very nervous patient when I met Dr Fox for my first procedure. It was immediately obvious that he was very experienced in dealing with nervous patients and his calm and quiet manner soon began to take effect! He explained the procedure in language I could understand and talked through possible risks, benefits, outcomes. His nurse colleagues were equally calm and attentive when necessary, creating professional but friendly atmosphere. I felt the respect and support Dr Fox showed his colleagues was reciprocated, which helped me feel these people were a team I could trust. By the time I attended or a second procedure, I felt quite calm Thank you Dr Fox. To me you represent the very best of our NHS, Yours sincerely Elsie Jaye E I
