I found my consultation with Dr. Williams a positive experience. He was approachable and communicative.
The only criticism I have was the time required to book an appointment to see him (not his fault). It is possible to be seen by a doctor rapidly for an urgent problem but it can be many days to see one's own GP. Otherwise I find St. Richard's Road excellent.
