Dr Srividya Narayan

Dr. Narayan was very thorough and took time to explain my test results.

Dr Narayan takes great care to ensure her patients are listened to and can access advice regarding their condition. She will communicate clearly and openly about my condition and is very understanding. I believe we have a good patient clinician relationship and I trust her decision making which she always discusses with me prior to any changes in treatment. I have always found her to be professional yet warm and empathetic whenever I have contact. Dr Narayan is very skilled and will go the extra mile for her patients I am very confident in her care and also that of her team. I like the fact that:- Dr Narayan is championing the cause for a Specialist nurse to support patients who have pulmonary fibrosis and similar lung conditions and I feel that it would be a way the trust could develop a centre of excellence for those patients who during lockdown had no service and Dr Narayan is only one person. This would also reduce appointments and support the service well. The above need to develop the above service would go a long way to improving and offering greater care. Most other services for example haematology and Urology have a specialist nurse service which I have accessed fir advice and support rather than the consultant whose caseload is already very pressurised. Dr Narayan is in my opinion excellent.
