Plenty of time allocated for appointment, seemed well prepared and aware of relevant info. sent to him just a little earlier by another hospital dept., happy to answer questions put to him in some detail, little jargon, his manner direct, honest, straightforward. Personable, direct, good eye-contact, genuine concern evident. (Why, as a professional, he should be required to ask patients to give him a vote of confidence is beyond me!)
